Hello guys... http://www.timecodesystems.com Wanted to make everyone in the forum know that Timecode Systems LLC, the company that produces the Timecode hardware products many of us use for Film and Multi-Cam setups, is looking for someone to fulfill a full-time customer service technical support position at their new Irvine, CA office. This position wouldn't require a seasoned pro by any means... but someone who does have some capable experience with on set syncing and post knowledge and above all someone with a desire to really learn and be guided into the nitty gritty of their product line. PM me or email me directly at jonah@jonahguelzo.com if you …

Looking for an experienced boom op for most likely one day of filming in a house. Doc style filming in a living room of a birth. Must have good sense of frame line as camera will be moving. Date in between Dec 1-10 email sound with seth at gmail directly please. Working out if they can afford rate to block out dates for one person, or if we get a few names and see who is available when the labor starts.

hey, I'll be out in Los Angeles in October. Primarily for a wedding on October 22. I'm not sure how long I will be out there, but if anyone needs an additional mixer or utility or anything, hit me up. I will try to spend some time catching up with my buddy that's getting married, as well as some other people. I don't really have anything major booked back home right now, so my schedule is pretty open. If there's any extra work, I'll be out there a little longer. I may try to rip up to Pismo Beach the weekend before (15th and 16th) for the Race of Gentlemen. Pre-WW2 American cars and motorcycles racing on the beach. First time this race has been on the West Coast. I'…

I was asked to mix an ULB movie of the week September 6th-23rd. To get the tax incentives they want to hire a local boom op. I don't know anyone local to the area. The rate is low, but in the past when I have worked with this company, they have had solid crew and take good care of us. They seem to be shooting more and more in SLC, so it maybe a good opportunity for someone local to get on there crew list. Any referrals let me know.

Hi All, I might need someone to record a tape sync of an interview in Kiev, Ukraine sometime before July 20. The interview would be conducted in English; could last between 45 minutes and two hours. I think... we're still trying to get things locked down. For US public radio. I'm not ready to book someone today, but if anyone here does that sort of work in that city, please let me know! Thanks! A friend is doing a music video in LA next weekend. All my gang is working or we'd cover it for her as a favor. Normally I' never ask anyone to work on a low budget shoot but ya never know who might want a chance to meet new people and practice their craft. $400.00 a day labor & gear. On stage. Playback over speakers and feed song to a Arri mini. Thanks. CrewC

Hi, a doc film I've been mixing for is going to shoot in Atlanta on June 23rd. A little bit of cinema verité style shooting and an interview. They need a TC capable recorder w/ at least 4 tracks (better 6), an MS boom, 3 wires, 1 sync box for camera (C300 Mark II) and 1 wireless link to camera for scratch track. The film is about the German music producer Conny Plank. If you can provide and operate this equipment and this appeals to you, please contact the UPM Nora Ehrmann ASAP nora@zischlermann.com . Thanks Patrick
