  1. Hi Andrew , that homemade distro looks quite good! Where did you find the toggle switches with the protecting "cup"? I'm looking for those quite a while but cannot track them Oh I now read you didn't assembled it yourself
  2. Ah thanks I just noticed. I thought the whole 800 spectrum was gone for us.
  3. That. And what I noticed as well was that most of the dialogs between M and bond you heard a huge difference between them, M lav'd and Bond boomed?
  4. I was looking into them, but dislike the internal battery. Wonder how long they will last. And I see they are in the 800 MHz range, somewhat useless in the lot of Europe these days
  5. $ 209 here: http://www.dealextreme.com/photogallery.dx/sku.101935
  6. Glad it worked out well for you. I had a situation here. Worked just one day for a Belgium TV series, didn't want to pay me. Bill was actually quite high since I brought a whole bunch of gear with me. After almost 5 months of waiting and waiting I tried a different approach. I found out the mobile number and email address of the CEO of the production company and harassed him every day with phone calls, txt messages and emails. Even then it took a week, but I think it worked a bit.. And I never want to deal with them again.
  7. Its the camera. I had the same with an pdw-700. With two different mixers, therefore I can tell with almost certainty that it is the output of the cam. The recorded footage was clean.
  8. Line 6 has a transmitter receiver based on wifi. More for live music performance but the technologies exists.

    Roland R-88

I wonder if someone already has some user experience with it. Field experience.
  10. I do can tell you guys that the Soshines are perfect up until know. Don't know the exact number of cycles but I am using them for a couple of months right now and it's all okay with my Micron TX's
  11. Ah? Okay and so we learn every day
  12. Dish? Sorry, I do not get the joke, if at all.
  13. Interesting. Care to share how or what to do?
  14. The housing of the 2000 is full aluminum as well, the G3 a mix of aluminum and plastic. I used it once for a hop. I had to rent one because my G3 system was at use elsewhere. For a scratch hop I wouldn't bother buying these more expensive ones.
  15. Thanks Tom I will let you do the trial and error before I copy... But definitely considering doing this.
  16. Oh Tom so following your steps, already something to share about your design?
  17. First Q, as in two weeks?
  18. Ha Ikea best bang for the buck! Always used them before switching over to rechargeables completely.
  19. Why should this be recorder depended?
