  1. Who, what, where are you talking about? Eric
  2. That works out to $1.77 a day, about the same price as having a junk yard dog to guard your stuff. Eric
  3. FYI: The prices are in GBP. The GBP of 745 for the microphone works out to $1515 USD. The conversion rate is GBP X 2.03401 = USD. Eric
  4. Nice company, good people, just down the road a piece from me. Eric
  5. Here's a tip I use for the right angle connectors. Glue a small rubber bumper to the bottom of the XLR to protect it from scratches and a velcro strain relief loop to prevent the cable from breaking off from the connection. Nail polish ( your choice of colors) will prevent the screws from loosening. Eric
  6. Why? Do you do less than your best for a reduced rate? Eric
  7. Way to go Whitney!!! It's a safe bet you won't get the day 2 call and you can be grateful for that. Eric
  8. Just wondering why it "requires" a female A2? Eric
  9. AFAIK and FWIW they're very similar to the the Tram in style and performance. Eric
  10. Suggestions: Set your HP filter to a higher setting like 150hz. Cotton gloves might help. How much of what you hear actually comes through when the track is played over speakers? Most of the time the LF handling noise that is heard on headphones doesn't reproduce on speakers. Eric
  11. apparently the flash puts in an http:// link. ok that's enough testing from me. Eric
  12. http://and this is the flash effect
  13. It's really easy, just click on the effect link and put the words between the bracketed [move][/move] or[glow=red,2,300][/glow] descriptive words. How does this one grab you? [glow=red,2,300]COMING SOON TO A THEATRE NEAR YOU!!!![/glow] [move]The Motion Picture Of A lifetime: "The Jeff Wexler Story. Can A young Man from Chicago find Happiness, Fame and Fortune In California?" [/move]
  14. [glow=red,2,300]This the glow[/glow][move]with the marquee, Eric[/move]
  15. [move]This is a test of the marquee.[/move]
  16. Strange in that I've never had any problems here with I.E. Eric
  17. Try www.scubalinx.com if they can't help they might be able to point you to someone who can. Eric
  18. Hi Christian, Welcome to one of the great groups on production sound where civilty reigns supreme. Enjoy the various forums, they're a veritable gold mine of information. Eric
  19. Perhaps you should pick up the sales pace as my MonaVie distributor neighbor just bought himself an $86,000 2007 Jaguar XK that he says was paid for with MonaVie profits. Talk about a car that takes your breath away. Eric
  20. FWIW: My neighbor is a MonaVie distributor and gave me 3 bottles of MonaVie. After 3 weeks of drinking that stuff I found absolutely no differences between before and after. While I don't doubt you can make money selling the product and lining up new distributors, it does look like a pyramid sceme to me. Eric
  21. Fully charged as per the charger? Put a meter on the batterys and see what voltage fully charged actually is. The peace of mind you get with an alkaline battery is worth more than being enviromentally correct by using lithium batterys. Eric
  22. Dave you can't really be that naive to think that the writers are just happy to be working and don't want a salary increase. Would you just keep working for the same pay forever without seeking a raise? As for inner workings, suppose there are, why would you need to know about them? Eric
  23. Money seems like a good bet. Eric
  24. Do a google search for "portable green screen" lots of info. I know you can get one from B&H photo but it's not a rollup it's more like a giant flexfill. Eric
