I know this isn't part of your question but I have to say that that New Mexico local scares me. They state that once you join, you join for life. This means that if you decide to leave the business for, say, 10 years to do something completely different, like join the military, and then decide you want to get back into the business, you will owe them for 10 years of back dues. When you apply to the school for schoolin', include the "g". It'll improve your chances of getting in.

I always felt that the Mackie mixers were a bit on the getto side - an "I'll use it if I HAVE to" mixer. Hated the 60mm faders. I'd check out the H&A mixers if money is a concern.

He was complaining about the off button being in physically different places on different computers. I doubt Bill Gates mandated that.

I read in past posts of other threads that you find corps such as Walmart so objectionable for these very reasons. What is the difference?
