Hi Guys, We are looking into what will be involved in updating the TC ToolBox app to make it IOS 10 compatible. We'll keep you posted. -Charlie
  2. Stolen TS-C

  3. Denecke SB-4

Hi Millar, it sounds like the DC/DC converter may be noisy. Most likely a capacitor. Please send it in at your convenience and we'll take care of it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Charlie
  4. Just saw this - New from Denecke

We haven't found one that meets our specs yet. If we do, we'll certainly offer it. Thanks, Glen!

  6. Just saw this - New from Denecke

Hi Al, I knew I could trust you. We have a few loose ends to tie up. One of them is letting all of our distributors know (It's a surprise for them too). We're projecting the release date to be July 29th, more than likely sooner. Charlie
  7. Just saw this - New from Denecke

Glad that you guys like it! Stay tuned, there's more cool stuff on the way. Charlie
  8. Denecke TS-3 Mystery Part

Hi Joe, That is part of a broken surface mount bypass capacitor. It should function O.K. without it, but I would suggest sending it in for repair as son as possible. The slate more than likely too a hard fall. I hope this helps! Best Regards, Charlie
  9. Get well Marc Wielage

Glad that you are doing better Marc! Hoping for a speedy recovery. Charlie
  10. Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday, John! Enjoy your time off.
  11. Handle for the side of a Deneke slate

Hi Segauz, We do not currently offer a side handle for any of our slates. I am not aware of anyone else who does either. Thanks for your input though. We will definitely keep it in mind. Best Regards, Charlie
  12. Congratulations to all involved. Enjoy your "free time" Larry!! Best Regards, Charlie
  13. Anyone using Timecode Buddy enabled Deneke Slates yet?

Hi Rado, This is something that we will revisit in the near future. Thanks for asking! Best Regards, Charlie
  14. Anyone using Timecode Buddy enabled Deneke Slates yet?

Hi guys, Thanks for your interest in the Denecke TS-TCB. We have just fired up the production line and the first units should start shipping out to our dealers on the last week of May or first week in June. Thanks again. Charlie
  15. Slate is faster 3-4 frames from my nomad TC ?

Hi Hiro, The Denecke TS-3 and TS-C slate displays are frame accurate. So what you are experiencing seems to be latency on the LCD display of the Nomad (as many others have mentioned). The good folks at Zaxcom are better qualified than me to confirm whether this is the case or not. Rado, we have kept the +1 frame read as an option so that users that own or rent older slates (TS-1 or TS-2) will have matching displays. This should avoid a message from post saying "why is the camera "A" slate slower than Camera "B" slate?". BTW the +1 reader option only affects the read mode of the TS-C or TS-3 so you can set it and forget it. I hope this helps! Charlie
