Hey Prahlad Please, let us know when you receive your boom, I have a penta boom and i´m thinking on getting a 24´ if Loon is attending. Is the best thing I have tried and every soundman that gets my boom freaks out!!

Hello! I´m trying to use the Output buss 2 of my 744 for the first time. I didn´t needed before. When I plug a simple BNC-XLR I only get noise (not a hum, more like pink noise) and a tiny signal buried under the noise I doubt the output is damaged so: Do I need a custom BNC cable or something? As far as I know BNC is just two wires, hot in the center and ground in the shield, right? thank you!! PD: why SD choose BNC connector for the second bus output???

Thank you! That is what i was meaning I will buy a 302 soon (now they are going to pop up every day at WTB/WTS section), and for "my use" it will be better and cheaper than a 663. And no, i will not use a Maxx I´ll say it forever....wish some day SD realease a 744T MK2 with 4 preamps

With my 744T I need another device (302, 442...) to be able to use the 4 recording channels with 4 mics (without having one of the big ones, 664 or 788) I was expecting a unit with 4 mic preamps (ideally 744T tipe) and mixing options...just it As I said, It´s a great unit, flexible, light, pretty, with a great price.....but not what i wanted

It´s great, really great piece of gear BUT as Frank Bry AKA "The Recordist" has resumed perfectly in his facebook page I was really hopping for a "real" 744T with 4 744T tipe mic preamps..... After this release I think that is not going to happen....

I found an easy solution for the caps. BUTTONS, you have lots of them in every yarn shop, lots of colours and sizes BTW, how can I google this kind of cable with the nylon shield? i have been looking it for ages
