If you've seen the Discovery show on the japanese "Eliica" it's funny to watch these electric cars accelerate. Around 60km/hr the car just takes off like a rocket. I frequently visit this board and find it an amazing source for info and entertainment, I only wish I had more to offer in return. I'm 41yrs old and decided about 5 yrs ago that I was bored with my job and started shooting documentaries in hopes of making a career change. Kind of hard to start a new career when I'm so busy with the one I have, but the struggle continues and I hope one day to be able to make the leap once and for all. This board has been a great source for info and advice on building a sound cart and providing substantially better sound to my projects. Since I have purchased most of my gear from Trew Audio, it has also been nice to see Glen post on here from time to time. For the most part however, it gives me great pleasure to research material and information here, then go use it in my perpetual argument with my sound guy & huge jwsound fan GlacierJ on which is more important and necessary, getting a steadicam for me or getting better sound gear for him. Anyway, just a thanks for all who post and contribute to those of us who need the help.
