JDirckze
Anyone else having issues logging in to JWSoundgroup via tapatalk? I am getting a login error where it says that the administrator may have restricted access. Cheers, Jason
Sound Grab
Works fine for me. Maybe restart your iOS device.
Jeff Wexler
It is possible that I need to update the site's Tapatalk plug-in or registration, they may have changed something. I will look into it.
Boomboom
Happens to me all the time; I refresh by scrolling the page way up top and it usually works.
JDirckze
I ended up deleting Tapatalk, buying it again and reinstalling. That did the trick. Not sure what was going on there. It just would not let me login, kept telling me that my user name or password was incorrect (which it wasn't), or that the administrator had restricted access. Very strange... chris_bollard
Jason, how you traveling? Had same problem. Knew I was using correct login password but still getting the admin error A delete and re-install fixed it. Not sure if tapatalk or the JW site
Boomboom
In fact, I have more problems here using Windows7; menus on top overlapping each other, part in the middle of the page overlapping the posts too, line on top of pictures... Jeff Wexler
In fact, I have more problems here using Windows7; menus on top overlapping each other, part in the middle of the page overlapping the posts too, line on top of pictures... When you say "Windows 7" is that the current Windows operating system? If so, what browser are you using running under Windows 7? The IPB software that this site is built on has been extensively tested on all major browsers on both Windows and Mac platform and seems to be working well. I am not in position to really give any advice that could help you solve the problem, sorry.

Boomboom
Jeff, you're probably right about the browser (using Explorer). But no big deal since refreshing the page fixes it every time. Same as with Tapatalk on iPhone.
MT Groove
I'm just started having the same problem after I updated my iPhone to the latest iOS. I can't log in at all via Tapatalk. I hate to have to repurchase the App. But if that is the only way this works, then so be it.
