RPSharman
I'll be in Washington DC for the next week or so staying at the Renaissance M Street Hotel. Any locals want to meet and talk sound geek stuff? And does anyone know who is mixing "Body of Lies?" Also looking for nice, but reasonably priced restaurant or restaurant/bar near the hotel in which to have my after work dinner. Any suggestions from locals or folks having recently worked or stayed in the area? Thanks, Robert Sharman (818) 304-3066
Guest jimg
Hi, Robert I'll give you a call on Monday. All of those hotels on M Street change names so often I had to check, but you are a couple of blocks from Asia Nora at 22nd and M, N.W. and maybe 4 to 6 blocks from Restaurant Nora at Florida and R, N.W. Both are organic as much as is possible, Asia Nora is pan-Asian and Nora is French. Pricey but swell and well worth the price. See http://www.noras.com/ Also highly recommended is Kinkead's at 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, maybe 5 blocks from your hotel. Seafood is the specialty. Again, pricey but excellent. http://www.kinkead.com/ Best regards, Jim

And thanks to the other DC mixers for contacting me. I'll call you this weekend. Robert
