Simon Paine
Since it would seem that Lectro doesn't make a battery eliminator door for the LM transmitters, has anyone here had luck with drilling there own hole in the bottom of the standard battery door ? I can't be the only one who wants to power there IFB tx, from a "BDS" of other similar dc distro system.

Noah Timan
Hi Simon, Yes, I did it with a normal drill. No problems.
Jeff Wexler
I know Larry might not like to hear this but I modified a Comtek 216 bodypack transmitter by drilling a hole in the side of the case and putting the Lectro battery eliminator inside the battery compartment. By doing that I was able to have the small Comtek transmitter on my cart with a cable connected to my cart power supply --- no more daily changes for the 9 volt battery. - Jeff Wexler
