Simon Paine
Found this interesting article about sounds discovered by the cassini spacecraft as it passed by Saturn. You can even listen to the sound files it recorded. I wonder if they used a schoeps ? LOL. http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/catalog/PIA07967

miker71
Sounds like a creation of the (now sadly defunct) BBC Radiophonic Workshop. The fact this is from "out there" is somewhat humbling. Nice find!
S Harber
So what I am wondering is what is the correlation between radio waves and sound. The radio waves were pitched downward by a magnitude of 260 to make something audible that can be listened to. So a 1KHz sound would have originally been roughly at 260KHz which may be messing w/ my 216 Comteks. NG. We must do something to stop these transmisions and soon! NASA must protect us.
