When I worked at ATV in the UK we had the first Pye big transistor desks made around 1964 Each channel was a mike preamp with a power amp output which got pretty hot. Painton stepped linear faders that needed cleaning and the desk was mono output. Monitor speaker was one big Tannoy! mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
