Devendra Cleary
My loose wheelchair ramps served their purpose, but they were the last remaining difficult step for my load/unloads each day. I decided to have a Link Ramp installed! -D

Devendra Cleary
Thanks Rob. It was on the pricey side. About $1100 installed. I wrestled with the decision for a while, but feel it's worth it. -D

Nice and wise buy. Impressive ramp - How much was it. RS Mmm-hhmmm ; am I seeing some Aussie braincells starting to boil now from where I am ? Rob Stalder
Mmm-hhmmm ; am I seeing some Aussie braincells starting to boil now from where I am ? Well... I am a bit fixated on hinging at the moment. If that answers your question. Sometimes there are not enough hours in the day. RS

I wrestled with the decision for a while, but feel it's worth it. -D I'm sure somewhere a sound mixer had a ramp slip and their cart fall on its side (hopefully not on a boom op) and thought "I wish I had a better ramp" as they try to put it back together. ProSound
Whenever I get a van ( most likely a 2014 new Ford) I am going to get a "Tommy Gate" a grip friend has one and my carts fit perfectly on it: http://www.tommygate.com
afewmoreyears
The good news is, every time they scream out " on the move" or "thats a wrap" and you need to pack up.... you will get a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing you get to use the new ramp system... It will pay off in daily satisfaction before you know it.. pretty nice..
Devendra Cleary
I agree Moe, Thanks! Speedy/easy moves are a plus, speedy and easy wraps are the best! Whitney, that Tommy Gate looks awesome! Good luck and post pictures when you get it. -D
jacquesstar
Much nicer than my sheet of plywood. LOL, I put a sheet of thick plywood against the bumper of my SUV and used as a skate ramp, it was pretty fun
JimKarnes
I have the exact vehicle and was looking for something similar but with a false floor to slide the ramp back into so i could still see out of the windows. was thinking of something that would slide out and extend in two sections like rack rails.
