old school
Robert is, half teabag, half yank, all Sharman.;~) Thanks Malcolm. Wishing all jwsound members a happy 4th of July from our 50th state of Hawaii on the south side of Kauai outside the town of Poipu. Great place to unwind and view the world as it spins around the sun that shines on us all. Aloha. CrewC

Malcolm Davies Amps CAS
Thanks! It's 9am and already 28°C here. It's gonna be a hot one! Malcolm Davies Amps CAS
I can never get used to such a low number like "28" being hot. I don't know where it's situated but on UK tv news tonight they said that the temp in Death Valley was rising and was expected to peak out at 53 degrees which to my reckoning is 127 degrees F. They had a reporter putting an egg in a pan on the ground and it cooked. Too bloody hot for me!!
Wandering Ear
A couple days ago a reporter baked chocolate chip cookies in a car to prove how hot it is. Happy fourth!
RPSharman
So, Robert, now you're a Centigrade kind of guy? What happened to trusty old Fahrenheit? That was for Malcom's benefit. The OP. 82°F - but now 95° As a boy, I recall the UK being °F, so I never really learned °C - I had to look up what 82° conversion was. Haha! RPSharman
Wait till you get to Bristol Robert it's 14 degrees there and peeing down today. Malcolm Davies. A.m.p.s. Fantastic! And even a bit of sun and warmth coming up. I can't wait to have weather. Hot, dry, sunny for 4 months straight. Boring.
TimPitot
Well. You say that..... Try cold, windy and raining for 4 months straight then see how you feel about that terrible California weather ;-)
