I had a problem with my 664 and they quickly took care of it. It is not very often that you get a phone call from an owner of a company to personally check on service you received from their company. This is why I buy and use their equipment every day in the field. I will continue to buy new gear from companies whom we can trust to do the right thing. Thanks guys. I've never had the GM from General Motors call up about my car after a service for a re-call, or from Canon, or Samsung, or Apple ; ) You get the idea.
