Matthias Richter
I needed a new antenna mast for my cart and bought a Manfrotto light stand. Using just the top 3 segments there was left the base. Then I found an old part of a former SKB shelf. Here is my tripod-cart for resting my bag on it. A poor man´s version of Ed Tise´s cart. Will see how it works when in real use. But it was fun to build it just from some leftovers anyway. Matthias

Matthias Richter
Oh and even the wheels were old ones from my main cart. Just bought the adapters to slide them on the legs.

dominiquegreffard
Love it! I d try to put some kind of storage under the shelf. Collapsable bag or sliding removable drawer.
Matthias Richter
hasn´t been out on a job yet. I do big-cart mixing most of the time. The wheels are for studio floor only that´s for sure. I´m expecting a situation sooner or later where I can use the whole thing and tap myself on my shoulder for being so inventive - just to realize I left it at home because I´ve never used it so far ...
