He leaves a big set of shoes to fill and so I though I'd throw the opportunity out there as well as making the usual calls to guys with whom I'm familiar. If anyone can refer a good boom person, or if anyone is a good boom person and thinks they have the necessarys to do a high profile series for nine months of the year starting in august, please send a resume to mfproductions@bigplanet.com. (I'm not the primary mixer on those shows but I covered overlaps and the like) He's very good, very focused and has good set etiquette. His father was a mixer so he started young.
