mikefilosa
My son and I built a little FM radio with one of those electronic kits where I gave him an introduction to soldering - he really seemed to get a kick out of that. What a great daddy! I built a Radio Shack Crystal Radio kit in Jr High - a Christmas gift. That was the beginning of my interest and evolution to where I'm at today... Marc Wielage
Radio Shack: "You have questions..we have batteries." My line was: "You have questions... we have more questions!" The days are long gone when you could get cool stereo gear and spare parts at Rat Shack. In the 1970s... maybe.
Rachel Cameron
Sorry about exhuming the old thread, but I had to post this sad pic in memorium. I took this the other night. I've been watching the place for a while now..and the day finally came. Poignant that the Rad part of the sign is gone and ioShack is all it says. Looks like my picture is gone.
