I've been a mixer and a boom op for 9 years now. My passion is feature films so I've mostly worked on indie features and got extensive experience as a mixer, boom op and a third with decent gear on my cart. Long story short, I joined Local 52, got a chance to mix 2 features and day play as boom and third on episodic TV. I would like to meet new sound mixers in New York who are looking for a utility or boom operator. I understand how difficult it is to hire a stranger but it's certainly worth a shot.
