I don't want to put too much info about the project here but once you reply and I read your info, if you match what we need I'll tell you all about it. We're going to pay you not try to offer you participation points lol. That being said, this is not a commercial with all sorts of money dripping out of it but a week long reality shoot that we are paying for ourselves and so if you give your day rate give one that you still feel good working at but keep in mind that the director is working for 1/2 pay because he believes this is going places and 2 of the 3 producers plan to get paid when it does get picked up. Already in discussion w/ distribution companies but again you are getting paid work for hire so no risk but just wanted to say why we will be more likely to respond to the humble rate vs. 30 years of experience and wanting $500 / day lol. - Audio Tech- Should have a mixer. and gear. Please include your day rate, experience, and what gear you have. - Camera operator. Please include your day rate, experience, and what gear you have. I'm just going to put $200 for the pay but have already had qualified applicants provide a day rate of less and a day rate of more so just put the rate that YOU can / will / or normally do work at. We will get one more experienced / higher rate and one less experienced / less rate for both of the positions. If you are a military veteran (especially Marine, Semper Fi) let us know. But seriously around here, there's kind of a running joke /insult about the "Craigslist editor/cameraman/sound mixer", as in "please don't get a Craigslist editor..." Or "Please dont make me work for that Craigslist producer..." The other thing that comes to mind is: if and when these producers succeed in selling their reality show , will they reward their hard working crew members with real world rates on the future production?
