Jack Norflus
How do you clean the fudge out of the faders?
Tom Visser
Wait, isn't this the rare CS-207?

Wandering Ear
I'd hate to have to mic talent with the complimentary wireless, but I hear the sound is much warmer and rich.
pkautzsch
This must have a very sweet sound.
Olle Sjostrom
Awesome. It can take up to -50 degrees , there's already so much frosting. But I hear the faders get jammed pretty easily.
Jim Feeley
Something like this would be a lot of fun at next year's NAB mixer mixer (JWS/RAMPS) dinner. But I think custom cakes run something like $10+ per serving. That's too much. I like to bake themed cakes for birthdays (a fav: a chocolate dung beetle cake for my son's 5th birthday...all the kids wanted a slice of the dung). But I don't think a cake would survive the plane trip. I'd be happy to toss some cash at a local LV denizen of this list like who likes to bake.... old school
I'm waiting for the edible Deva or the competing edible Sound Devices. LOL. I'm sure they will generate much debate here as to which one tastes better. CrewC

studiomprd
crew: " which one tastes better " probably will be pretty subjective.
Marc Wielage
I suspect there will producers who hate either one because they have Unrealistic Cake Expectations.

Tom Visser
Looks like it would provide lots of gain... Sure heaps o' gain on tap, but you won't be able to keep the trim under control, get's a little flubby in the mid-section for most, and for some, on the bottom too.
