Jim Gilchrist Posted February 10, 2015 Report Share Posted February 10, 2015 As posted on the board earlier, in the Equipment thread: I've owned Grado cartridges and headsets over the years and when I needed help or parts and called the factory, the person on the other end of the line's last name was always Grado.
