People go there to shoot because it is inexpensive... did lack of safety protocol have anything to do with the accident? who knows... it's a leap.. I'll admit... just saying... Filming anywhere in helicopters is dangerous.... States included... but those rules and protocols slip leaving zones of hardline practices.. Very sad for all involved...
