I can't seem to find a specific frequency (169.445) transmitter for some comteks, wondering if I can use another brand of transmitter. Anyone had any experience with cross-compatibility with comteks?? Azden do a 169.445 transmitter, what do you reckon the chances are of it working?? Thanks everybody, appreciate the help. If so, pull them and get some lettered ones A-I for example... put those in your receiver... then get one new transmitter in that letter... One can be bought on Ebay for a few bucks... I don't think that you can just jump between blocks like that by changing the crystals. The pr-72's aren't the same as the stuff in the higher TV blocks.. Aka grey comteks.
