foliver
Hello group.. Someone in my country is selling a 300 iem g3 in good cosmetical order, B block. I've tested it with a G2 tx, and the unit doesn't pick up rf signal. Nothing. I pair both units, in the same freq and nothing. Someone has had a similar problem?, is this thing repairable? I can have it at 50 bucks, but i don't know if the repair can be expensive.... Any ideas? Thanks for your opinions. Fabian
jason porter
You might have to turn off the Pilot Tone on the transmitter. Turn it off then try to pair it with the receiver.
Constantin
Yes, pilot tone is almost always where even experienced pros can go wrong
John Ronnerblad
I had the same situation with a Sennheiser 2000 tx and by turning off the pilot tone: problem solved. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
RScottATL
Call Sennheiser. They are always easy to get ahold of a real live human and have always given me amazing service and support.
