What kind of repairs?

For example I will need to do:

-Upgrade from 56 to 57/58 Nomad
-Add the Linux processor (Upgrade from 10 to 12) Nomad
-Receiver block change
-upgrade TRX900 from 7.30 to the newer version

Could do this any of the above?.

Cheers

Off the top of my head some of the dealers that can handle most repairs are:

Everything Audio in the UK

Ambient in Germany

Areitec in France

Lemac in Australia

Audio Department in California

Other dealers can handle repairs as well but i am not sure to what extent.

I received support by TEDES in Italy for replacing the FUSION's power supply board or the front panel of a TRX, but (in my experience) if a zaxcom wireless or recorder  stops working or simply needs to be recalibrated it will have to be shipped to NJ.

Maybe one day Zaxcom will provide FULL technical support in Europe?

Olá Ramallo,

I'm afraid you'll have your equipment to be sent back to the Zaxcom Company. For basic servicing in Europe (I'm in France) you can go to the official representative in your country. My Nomad inputs board has been replaced by Areitec in Paris (a simple open, unplug, replace and close operation), but to add IFB option to ZFRs I had to ship them back to Plompton Plains USA.

I think that as soon that it's require to manipulate sensitive knowledges (mainly software modification), they don't want to trust representatives and prefer to keep their secrets jealously locked at home. Patent protection...

But as mentionned below in this post: call Zaxcom! They are very reactive and efficient.

You'll find a phone number and repairs form at the Zaxcom website, support/repair tabs.
