Christian Spaeth Posted June 16, 2015 Report Share Posted June 16, 2015 With the new forum look, sometimes I have had the issue that instead of the reply field on the bottom of any given thread, I can only select files to upload. pindrop Posted August 9, 2015 Report Share Posted August 9, 2015 Yes I've had this too, and I thought it was an a blank unfinished reply that was causing it, as the forum now stores replies for another visit even if you don't post them, which is a bit spooky, but ultimately it didn't seem to be that, as it went away. Sound Grab Posted August 9, 2015 Report Share Posted August 9, 2015 I think this is mostly fixed from what I understand from Jeff's post a couple of days ago. It was an issue with javascript running on the site. I think you can fix it by emptying your browser cache, resetting java to default settings, and also rebooting. Sound Grab Posted August 10, 2015 Report Share Posted August 10, 2015 I had the same issue a couple of days ago before you announced it was fixed. I tried to debug it, and the error was a missing cached javascript file. Since this is happening across multiple platforms, Mac, iOS, Android, etc. for the same user it has to be tied to user accounts. Same here, Friday (as I recall) I could not post a reply and then, no recent posts either for about 5-6 hours .. until I stopped looking.
