I took the old Stingray bag out on the road for five weeks and I already dug in it a whole-hearted way. There were a few things that I thought could be better, and by Jove...The new Stingray fixed every single one: -Moved the harness attachment o-rings forward, away from the back of the bag, so that it sits more perpindicular when wearing it (and it's adjustable too) -Closed the bottom of the forward-most pouch on the front of the bag...BAM !...more confidence in hanging TX and RX on those inner elastic straps PLUS I can now quick-drop items in there. -MOLLE straps in that same forward pouch...nuff said. -Added an extra zipper pouch to the sides. Plus that hyper-groovy cover-sack, and those two, as of yet untested, wireless pouches...goodness gracious me. I just dropped a mighty big penny today on a 688, and I am actually MORE excited about this bag. I love this bag so much, I wanna take it out behind the bungaloes and get it pregnant.
