davidrit
Hi there, I'm coming next from France for a shooting in Miami FLA, and because of transportation restrictions,I can't bring with me my soundcart batteries, which are Hawkwoods XB1-520 or XB1-340,but it seems I can't find them in tne USA. Do you confirm? So what big batteries do you use? Production offered me Anton Bauer VSLX (too big for my cart) and PSC Pelican LiFE (not powerful enough),do ou use something else, small, lithium technology and at least 330 Wh? Thanks for your advices Best regards David RIT Just now, davidrit said: Hi there, I'm coming next from France for a shooting in Miami FLA, and because of transportation restrictions,I can't bring with me my soundcart batteries, which are Hawkwoods XB1-520 or XB1-340,but it seems I can't find them in tne USA. RPSharman
Are you sure the Pelican LiFE is not powerful enough?
Reinout Weebers
I use a custom LiFe battery 33Ah @ 12Volts. Fully charged I can power my Cantar X3 + Cantarem, Rack6, Sharkfins and cart light's for a day... easy. I had it made by deherrieboerderij in Amsterdam. I can imagine If you're a handy man you can build it yourself. One LiFe battery (choose a capacity that fits your needs) a peli case a charger, some connectors and fuses.. Done! Or you can ask your local tech guys ;-)
