IMG_7623.JPGHere is a ground plane antenna I built.  It is tuned to work in the 216 MHz range.  Perfect for a Comtek TX.

Great stuff!!!

In the 60's I worked with very early radio mikes developed by ATV Network

The aerials were just like your one!

A blast from the past for me

Cheers

I found 4 vintage Lectrosonics A-GPU ground plane antennas this year. They are a great addition to my kit. Thanks for sharing your excellent metal-working.

Pretty--what freq is this cut for?   I still have my Lectro "spider" ground planes--they were my main antennas for several years.  Very rugged.
