Alejandro Reyes
Has anyone here used Paypal credit to buy any of your equipment on this site or any other one. I'm looking for options to buy my wireless receivers and transmitters sooner rather than later. Any insight anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. IronFilm
Don't send it as a "gift" via Paypal's payment system, as then if anything goes wrong (such as the seller disappearing) you've got no way out to sort the problem. Not worth it for the small savings on Paypal fees.

Anywhere / anytime you use the "gift" option on PayPal then you're taking on all the risk yourself.
RPSharman
I agree. I usually offer to split the fee with the seller, if they are asking for "gift" payment or want me to cover PayPal fees. I feel like people selling gear should be responsible sellers, and should include any fees in their pricing. It's a professional transaction, and should be handled that way. John Blankenship
Then there's the fact that the "gift" option for such a transaction is dishonest.
