The only Zaxcom thing is, Nomad AES outputs are inverted in polarity when compared to analog outputs and card tracks. Howard Stark said it's a hardware limitation. You can invert any signal(individually) that gets routed to Output busses, except automix - then everything that goes thru out buses gets inverted, naturally so, if you're recording your outputs as a mix track, that gets inverted too.
