Ty Ford
Hey, I got the 26, 16 and 9-inch dishes after NAB and have had a great time hearing what they bring to the party.https://tyfordaudiovideo.blogspot.com/2018/07/klover-parabolic-collector-microphone.html Regards, Ty Ford
drpro
Thanks for the review Ty, very enlightening. I don't have much of a demand for the product, but it would be nice to have it in the kit!! David
mikewest
Very interesting Ty, I bought a metal Grampian dish in the mid 60's and did use it for dialogue and fx. I always angered my dear wife when I took it on holiday complete with my Fi-Cord recorder. BTW - Was the B3 equalised with a passive network?? mike
Ty Ford
Hello Mike, Thanks! I think Paul Terpstra said they redid the math on the shape of the dish about 7 years ago. You'd have to check with Chris Countryman. I suspect it was passive. Do you have any samples of those recordings up on the web anywhere?
