Laurence
The "ignore button" works like this... - Go to Profile | Buddies/Ignore List - Click the Edit Ignore List button (instead of the Edit Buddies button) - Add the username of the person you want to ignore - When that person posts a message, you will see a message that says "You are ignoring this user", with a link to "Show me this post". John Blankenship
Great! Now all of my wonderful posts will go unappreciated! So, is there a button to ignore the ignore button? John B.
Laurence
I forgot one thing... you also have to enable the Ignore Button feature by going to Profile | Look and Layout and then checking "Hide messages posted by members on my ignore list." Okay, so, there's a button to un-ignore ignoring the ignore button. John B.
Laurence
I think now you're talking about the one behind the computer, with the circle and the 1 printed on it. Laurence

Laurence Reminds me of the early PC/bulletin board days when people would check for newbies by typing something like, "If you want to get details about a great party tonight type CTL-ALT-DEL". Can't say I didn't fall for it....once. Robert

Robert A friend did something like that recently on Facebook, his status said " Press Ctrl-W if you want to see something interesting ", surprisingly he had many angry comments on that status...
