Noah Timan Posted April 2, 2007 Report Share Posted April 2, 2007 I know the telecine guys don't want to repatch or re-pan--and I prefer that they don't actually. But why it would be a problem to have only a single audio track is beyond me. Because the dailies audience wants to hear sound coming out of both speakers (or both ears of their headphones, if they're watching dailies on their laptops on set). Instructions to send track 1 to both stereo L and R of dailies is usually pretty easily accepted by telecine. Just make a point of mentioning it during your dailies prepro conference call. nvt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
