Jaymz
Have we lost him....or has he lost us? This is "very subjective". Has someone asked our "usual suspects" of his whereabouts? They don't work on commission!
Whit Norris
Has anyone "contacted the manufacturers"?
John Blankenship
I heard a rumor that several manufacturers (we're not naming names) banded together and compared notes, with the result being they were all dismayed at having to increase their staff of trained personnel in order to handle an increasing number of annoying phone calls for every peevish little question users had, quite often for an issue that someone could solve for themself, or could easily find out from their peers and... well... did some "tech support" (you might say) of their own, in a last resort effort to handle what had become an overwhelming issue. It seems the problem has diminished.
soundslikejustin
Has anyone "contacted the manufacturers"? According to John B, yes. EVERYONE did. So the 'manufacturers' called a hit-man.
Ray Collins
As a kid I listened to Senator Mike on a radio station out of Cleveland as I remember. I think that is where the "Senator" handle started.

Richard Lightstone, CAS
OK, I hate to reveal this, but since a lot of "top secret" stuff is coming out of the White House, I mean high level sources, the Senator is now working on Obama's re-election campaign. But please keep it a secret, don't want it out.
Mirror
If I could pick anyone to work on Obama's re-election campaign it would be Senator. A perfect match!
Jack Norflus
Still no Senator. Should we file a missing persons report?
RPSharman
Still no Senator. Should we file a missing persons report? I am genuinely curious. I hope he is ok.
Eric Toline
As much as I have called The Senator out for his inane comments I do consider him part of the JWsound group family (albiet the strange one) and it wouldn't be the same without him. It's one thing to choose to block him from your seeing his posts and quite another to learn that something has befallen him. Like RP said above, I too hope he's ok. fieldmixer
Well, the senator wrote me a personal message today in response to a querrie I had about sourcing lectro wireless handhelds on the east coast. Very helpful note about perhaps looking for shure or sennheiser tx's since my 411's can receive them. Nice.

This is why I asked way back the 1st time I noticed him missing and why I asked again. Mike is a good guy. I hope he is just resting up a bit and will soon return to the delight/horror of the group. Mike, no matter what your approval ratings are here at jwsound, it will always be higher than the US Senators ratings. CrewC
Jim Feeley
Remember something similar happened a decade or so ago on RAMPS. IIRC, one guy started viscously harassing Mike. So Mike stopped posting but would occasionally reply to people offline. So I hope no one tore into him here. Mike, no matter what your approval ratings are here at jwsound, it will always be higher than the US Senators ratings. Ha! Ya, I hope he comes back.
