bfisk
Does anyone else have a problem with their CL WiFi app force quitting when trying to access the take list? It seems like I just started having this problem after the 2.16 update.

Matt Mayer
Yep, iOS 5 caused some issues with the CL-WiFi app. Now fixed with the update.
DjGo
The connection between my Iphone 4s and the 788t fails everytime since updating the app to 1.0.2.. The CLwifi itself seems to establish a connection but the app cannot find the CLwifi... With the earlier version of the app it connected without a blink.. Have removed the app and installed it again.. to no avail

A few things to try: - close the app properly by clearing it from the iphones recent apps list (double press home button, then delete app from list) - then 'forget' CL-WiFi network in iphone wifi settings - then create a new CL-WiFi SSID name in the 788T configure menu - then connect to that new SSID in iPhone wifi settings

Done all that and a few things more, like uninstalling/re-installing the app.. changed SSID's three times..still the app cannot find 788t/cl-wifi.. It worked (except for the takelist bug) with app.version 1.
DjGo
I got it to work today: I changed the SSID again but disabled the WEP64-security and voila... connected.. Strange ey?
DjGo
Okay, I reproduced the 'cannot find ..' problem by choosing WEP64-security... Seems like a bug that leaves me wide open to other setmembers and beyond to connect to my 788t... Diego
DjGo
After a few days of working with the CL-wifi app I must say WOW! what a wonderful tool. Doing a one-man-band gig right now, where it is not necessary to carry my bag around all the time. I leave my bag in a corner, setup the gain structure for the scene, start the app and off I go, just a pole in my hands and the Iphone strapped to my arm to look at the meters while booming. It's a big back-saver for me!
