Before getting into sound, Roger Daniell and Crew Chamberlain, veterans of thousands of commercials, were both pursuing the ministry in the Church of Perpetual Silence. Crew got the memo about the dress code but just couldn't give up his Nikes.

Not sure if this should go into the Gallery of Sound Carts. Has anybody used this cart? Actually, not sure if this is legit advertisement, but it's fun either way.

This is our handy little gator set up on our latest shoot. We carry our extra equipment, rubber backed carpets and sound blankets in the trailer. We can go anywhere and a trolley move is seconds rather than minutes.

I thought it would be fun to post a thread with screenshots of movies, TV shows, etc. that have made it to broadcast with some form of the sound department's operations visible within a shot. I see this stuff all the time when watching shows and movies, as I'm sure others do, and I'd love to see what you can all come up with. From Damages - Boom op made it into this shot: From Homeland - What appears to be a COS11 in a Hush Lav: From somewhere on YouTube - What the *&^% were they thinking?

I want to give a big thanks to Rob Stalder at Rastorder. Rob helped me configure myself a beautiful new SU cart, it holds everything I need it to, but it's small and light enough that I can maneuver stairs myself, and it will fit into the tiny New England doorways that are all too common on location. If you're considering Rastorder, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Rob!
