This is how i drive to the set... 2 peli 1510 fit in the alubox BTW the peli's on top were cam dept, they were jealous as hell. Ideal transportation in Amsterdam

Ah ok, makes sense if you're coming from a mixer environment, I use my recorders as mixers as well, but tend to think more in outputs 1 to 4 than in L/R. Guess it's just what you're used to.

Just started using a Nomad 10 for a trial period of a couple of days, and absolutely love it, love the sound, like the limiters and pre-amps, has a slightly steeper learning curve than the 788, but once u get it up and running... It's a wonderful piece of equipment with an excellent sound! But, missing a few things, especially in the homescreen. Is there a way to change that? Would love to see a trackname/count and a a-time, i'm only seeing the timecode, HP preset, battery, rec time left on i assume the mirrorcard, and a line that says "mounted volume" I couldn't find a way to change that... Somebody?

Why do you guys all ask for pan controls? It's a 6 to 12 track recorder, or are you using the pan controls for monitoring? Coming from a 788/CL8 i'm happy not to have the L/R channels first before the usual tracks. I only record to tracks and sometimes route to the outputs for camera or other recorders.
