Hello, Here the answer of my engineers: "are those O/P independent from the ones already there?" "Once installed will I find in the routing menu all these options?" Yes. The output menu is where you can configure the option outs. See "How can I assign them?" The same way you assign any output, monitor out or even mix. See "How are set the various options? meaning the 4 aes or the 2 balanced or the 4 unbal, it's a menu option or like a dip switch on the card?" All configuration is done in the user interface (touch screen). The configuration is done for each output pairs (OPTION 1-2 and 3-4). For 1-2, you can choose BALANCED, UNBALANCED or AES. If you choose BALANCED, OPTION 3-4 is not available. Otherwise, OPTION 3-4 can be configured as UNBALANCED or AES. Hello, No, the Ambeo connector is simply wired in parallel with the XLR. This is only a possibility to avoid carrying the 12 PIN and 4 XLR adapter.

Hello, The 12 PIN optional connector for AMBEO take the place of the option card. If you want the option card and the AMBEO, you have to use the 12PIN to 4 XLR adapter deliver with the AMBEO microphone.

Yes, you are right, we are the guys sound recording or music, and we must not become IT guy, and your remarks make me think. However, our machines have become so complex that, at first, we need a lot of modifications and adjustments software (thanks to beta testers). Each new version requires much time and controls, with the risk of bugs ... If we listen all customer requirements, we have to made a new version every week ... We must listen to our customers, and make a list of "wishes" and "needs" to consider the new version of the software. I hate my mobile phone (Android) which is updated every day ... and also the fact that each software on the computers ask every time learning .... We do the driving license car or motorcycle once, and it is not necessary to start to learn when changing car!

Default setting: 24bits, some editors dont accept 32bits... To use the 32bits, change on the menu

We identified and fixed the v2.3 bug, which concerns a misconfiguration between 32 & 24-bit. The 2.4 release is under tests and will be released very soon. For those that have corrupted files and want to recover them: Download & install Audacity (http://www.audacityteam.org) Select File > Import > RAW data and select Signed 32-bit PCM, Little-endian, channel count (which is given in the filename after the 'S' letter), 16384 as Start offset, 100% and sampling frequency. You should see the audio waveform and export it to a new file JAX

Dear Mr Tarasov, I'm sorry and feel sad if you are disapointed with your SONOSAX SX-R4+. But it seems good if your unit was replaced, I believe with the external WiFi antenna?
