Whit, sure makes a couple. but if I recall they tend to clip and you don't get the "complete speech' . maybe for your described application, especially transcription- keep your fingers on the faders and you should be good to go.

Wolf- thanks for the great info: we were told by Fed Ex & UPS that you cant ship any lithium batts P1 etc. however you can ship Ground. but we really dont want to take a $50,000 chance (btw; it was not us who was fined) PS- walkies can be shipped with the batteries attached & bubble wrapped. and NPI's as well in there original box with the contacts taped. its been working so far. Hello, Just a heads up, we have Transcend CF cards in stock- SD, ZAX. 8, 16, 32 GB 133x, for the mixers who have been requesting us to have them on the sales floor. more of a convenience factor so they don't have to get them shipped etc. PS- Also the Transcend 4GB HDSC for the Zaxcom TRX's Last but not least- Transcend for the Zoom recorders - 8, 16, 32 GB Thank you-

Phil, just wondering. what CF cards are you currently using? Transcend 133x ?

ET- Is it not a 10 Hr/ notice from your call time, then 1/2 day rate. but yes for sure- 24hrs notice, then full rate, especially the almost no notice. as you missed the potential work-due to the fact you committed to the canceling production co. Gd Luck

P.Palmer- just curious, are you using the CF Cards on your SD744T or 788t ? PS- your to humble bro, you and the crew are probably responsible for the smooth transition. Go Glee/ my daughters favorite show, and it is growing on me as well, If you know what I mean- I have know choice.LoL

RVD- Funny thing here is , I started as a PA on music videos. we would easily work 24 to 28 hours on shoots. incld. p-up & returns. my cousin and I would work in shifts like this for about a year for this 1 particular production co.

I am getting the same feedback: films shoots want DVD-RAM, HD wants CF & the DIT. that goes for my commercial, tv/episodic & feature film clients. Phillip, can you charge production for CF cards as a expendable line item ? a mixer on a pretty big tv show we are a vendor for, has me PO Prods. for the CF cards. far & in between however, but it seems to be heading that way.
