  1. One thing to keep in mind is the capsule polarization voltage of the CCM mics is much lower than that of the CMC series.   2. Not sure if this helps but I had the exact same issue you are describing. Fixed it by updating my Blackmagic drivers. I know Avid overhauled the video engine in 11 so it probably broke compatibility with older video drivers. If you need, I can tell you specific software/driver versions when I get back to my studio.
  3. AAF is a cross-application file format that does not support proprietary plugin data. However, volume and fade data is supported. Make sure you're ticking the "Import Volume Automation" box on the AAF import dialogue. The only thing that will retain the plugin info is a Pro Tools session file (.ptx)
