  1. Thank you Rory these tips renewed my resolve and did in fact work! In the end it was not the batteries but the divot mechanism that ‘locks’ the sliders in place which not sufficiently angled to the channel to release properly, I am filling the edge just like I would a bridge or nut channel on a guitar that should relieve it a bit. Again, thank you
  2. Hi all, Anyone else have difficulty opening the battery and DIN compartment sliders on their TC slates? Mine just doesn’t want to open, I’ve had it open before and I feel like it’s just luck it opened that time, seemed not broken just like maybe I don’t have the knack? It must be a burr or something maybe inthe slider housing but I can’t get in. Any advice before I get tough on it?
