  1. Have you called Audio? If they need repair/service, and are out of warranty, send them to RFS rather than Audio. Much quicker turnaround time.
  2. Sounds like you got ambushed. It also sounds like your client ismarking you up to their client - why else would they middle man this deal? The decent thing would have been to put you in touch with their client direct. What you make of that is up to you I suppose. I would suck it up this time and learn from the experience. But raise the issue of the extras in an email and definitely always list freebies/ cheapies on the invoice!! Once you chuck something in and don't mention it - that item becomes part of your basic package forever.

  4. To be clear - my reply was directed at SMM rather than you Dave. Cheers, Tim
  5. I wonder what your posts in this thread are meant to imply. The bag is in BETA. Any suggestion or request (even camo, I suppose) are a valid part of the process, aren't they?
  6. Hi Michael, I can't see your flickr, any shots of somebody wearing the bag? It looks really good so far, I'm just uncertain about those wrap things, but I guess they don't have to be used. Still hoping to see a better solution for fitting in a wireless hop tx somewhere that's not clipped ungracefully to the front when the production models ship!
  7. Thanks Richard that's a great suggestion - hadn't thought of that one. Will give it a try!
  8. Exactly, which is why I'd like to hear from other users, to see what's working for them. I appreciate that moving it away would solve this issue - however that would defeat the purpose of having a CL - might as well just keep using the TRX. Thanks for the constructive response though - definitely preferable to being called a liar ;-)
  9. Ha!! Dear Glenn, I rang Zaxcom. Unless I imagined it?!
  10. RF 'pulsing' sounds on incoming dialogue off the Wisy's. Goes away when I move the CL further away or pinch the antenna (I guess effectively attenuating the RF coming out of the CL). Noise is consistent on separate power supplies. Blocks are miles apart. No such problem on my TRX900/STA. Scans on the Wisy's are very clean (wayyyyyy cleaner than with the TRX). I'm stumped. I know others having great results with SRb's and 2040s. Maybe the Wisy's and the CL just don't get on. Zaxcoms respose: 'never heard of that brand (Wisycom)' Oh, OK. Thanks.
  11. Is anybody on the board using this particular combination? I'm having problems and would like to see if anyone else is experiencing the same, if possible.
  12. Bleeding edge, as a certain someone likes to say...!
  13. This marketing message was brought to you by Zaxcom Inc.
  14. ps. What is the point of this thread?
