I have been using my Wisys here in the US, in my experience I haven't been getting good range with them. My good ol' Lectro 211s do better in distance, other than that they sound great with DPAs and the wideband has saved me.

Just bought these for my 1510, can't wait to try them out.

Have you tried voicing your concerns in the Zaxcom forum?
Theres a thread talking about this exact issue. Also have you tried using default HP setting, when in playback it defaults to that HP setting, you have to name it certain name, it escapes me at the moment.
I agree with you though, playing back ISOs are a pain.

Based on your great reviews here on JWSound i ordered four TL-40 with vampire clips to use with Sennheiser G3 and replace ME2.
Waiting to receive them in Portugal, Im planning in using them in a portuguese feature film next month.
What do you guys think its the best solution to conceal the TL-40 under the clothes and avoid noises?
I have read here in JWSound about the Sanken RM-11, DPA DMM0009 concealer, Vampire Clip, Rycote undercovers and oversovers and moleskin solutions.
Any real world experiences?
They work with all sanken accessories, i personally use them with the RM-11

haha..I'm just messing around. My time will come when it comes. Not trying to hijack Matt's thread here so I'll give him tons of kudos for being a swell guy and for designing one of my favorite T-shirts. It's the Sound People one.
Thanks again Matt!
LMFAO. nice mike.

You can buy them from Audio Department in Burbank.
Cheaper than the expensive Ambient and has served me well for awhile now. Highly Recommend. -
