  1. What are people using and what would you recommend?
  2. I had to go Versaflex mainly because I weigh 120lbs and it was the only one that fit! It is so comfortable it's probably the best thing I've purchased.
  3. And there was me thinking I was getting a personal shout out
  4. I've always used lectrosonics but am looking to make a move to Zaxcom after hearing some great things. Just wondered what everyone else thinks? Any experience with the company, heard they are not as helpful as lectrosonics.
  5. I used the Rycote Overcovers beneath the clothing (utilizing the furrier version rather than the 'undercovers' version since I usually get rustle still) A lot had to do with mic placement. I seem to rave a lot about the Rycote overcovers, but they have saved me a few times so I feel like I owe it too them haha.
  6. Hi Marc, Seriously they are so worth it. I'm also shocked by people complaining about the price...when you're using lavs that are $400+ I see no harm in spending a little extra $40 to make it easier to use. Give it a go and let me know what you think :-)
  7. I actually used one this Friday on a shoot and the talent actually loved it. The talent was female and was really happy that an audio guy had something which didn't mean they would have to put their hand under their clothing (regardless of how tactful one is). Sure it's a little expensive, but you only need one. Personally I would recommend it if you can afford it. http://www.facebook.com/atrchamberlain
