Don't do the "anywhere" install. It will leave your computer a little vulnerable. If you have downloaded and know you want to install software just "Control click launch it" and it will be fine. This allows for a one install of that software. Just control click for any other software you need to install..

I have used the HiTechs all year and have had great results! HiTechs are lasting longer than my Non Rechargeable Lithium's! I bought two HiTech Kits so I would get more chargers and they charge relatively quickly. Very happy I bought them.

Don't be sorry Jim.. I LOVE SQUARE!! I di not set up my acct as a merchant acct. I gave Square no paperwork, just my acct number. My charges range from $3000 - $5000 per swipe and they held my money on one transaction with a new client.. Again I LOVE SQUARE and so do my client! When I saw Square for the first time I could not wait to drop my merchant account! I highly recommend Square..

I have square up. IT ROCKS! It charges you 2.75% no matter what the card is(AMX, VISA, MC, Discover). I love bringing my free card reader and invoice and swiping my clients card at the end of the shoot! I just had a similar problem yesterday on a shoot. I had a cable built for a return into my 788 from the camera stereo mini output(headphone jack) to feed inputs 7&8 of my 788. When I sent tone all levels were perfect but when I listened to the return it was over modulated! I finally looked at my input a little closer and realized I had not change the inputs to LINE level. I also tuned the Camera headset level back up to full once I changed to LINE and it then sounded fine, as I thought it should have from the beginning! Thanks Matt about changing tone to OUTPUT only. I think that would have help me solving this faster.. Good Luck!

I love the concept of Zaxcom gear and the gear usually works well, but it takes way to long to service or even buy another replacement piece of gear.. I went with the 788t because I could get it serviced and back in my hands in 4 days round trip at the most. If I need to I can FedEx another 788t to me, overnight! SD will usually give you a loner if you are in a spot! That was my final deal breaker with the Nomad.... Not reliable or timely customer service. Just my humble opinion.
