2 energiser lithium gives it 2.5 days.. 11hrs each day. I usually put it in for 2 days, and switch them to my senn ifb for 1 whole day.

so far so good! love it!

i didnt know about the block specified part.. well nothing is perfect. but being in digital..there isnt modulation to speak of..so a couple or 3 zax recievers in the same block shld be safe. right? and Mr Wexler..do you use the plexer? (it ryhmes!) if the plexer input is connected to a pair of fins..that shld be awesome!..or too much amplification.

is there a reason why they dun work? Becoz of digital?..just thinking, in a bag wif no fins..isnt the plexer the next best thing? I hope so!

Hi matt, im sorry thou, its one of those no brand ,made in china product. no box or brochure. it was just sold packed in a transparent diy heat seal bag. cost about 35usd. what i can do is to go back to the shop and ask for its manufacturer or something. i even bought another antenna which is the same shape as the stock that ships with the nomad, but think double the lenght..good distance from it too except that its abit awkward to keep it in my skb roller case. its a 8dbi boost..omni..while the panel one is directional.

Mine died too.. hope ron find a solution to this.. really love it when it is working fine!

mind you! its a fan/led light usb powered beauty.. im proud of this $4 gadget!! haha..

cable BNC. Hd sdi signal transmiters are VERY expensive! haha. the one on the left is a panel antenna for the zaxnet. it gives 7dbi boost to range to my erxs..i dun have to move so often now. pretty safe for half a soccer field length line of sight. gonna make a longer sma cable soon..too bring this panel antenna up higher.

its set to 23 db..the highest i can go...and fixed to the highest vol. not variable. as for my nomad 6..its currently on 3.07ver. done it last week. froze again today. i suspect it is over heating coz when i restart..the temp was 119.. thought that was high. am using petrol 614 where everything was snug fit. put a small box in between and, so far so good..will try again tomorro.

i dun have a cart too.. my petrol 614 with nomad sits on a skb roller box which i roll about. But i would like to have a cart someday.

Definately an erx1tcd on the cam..something small and light, the cam dept loves it. true, line of sight is needed!..limited range.

Okay, question.. my nomad 6 froze during mirroring files and gave off a 5-7k squeak tone. after power cycle..the mirroring was aborted..so i restarted mirroring the last file onwards..everything seems fine. So the question is..what if after power cycle and mirroring aborted..i simply just on the mirroring from there and continue..is there a repeat?..or does it continue?..or copy a whole new file?

hmm..i ordered the cable to be 3.5mm to split into left right... where 1 side bnc the other another 3.5mm.. i did not see how it was done thou, coz i trusted him. you think its the cable?. Its not a big deal actually..i can live with it. Love it..shld have gotten the 5pack..haha

For line level..yeah..not enough gain..had to switch to mic and gain down on the nomad and erx itself. the camera dept love it thou! not taking too much of their space n lesser weight. I love it! Anyway to boost the zaxnet 2.4 ghz signal?.. the range is quite limited within 20-25ft. thanks

Hi , i just got my erx1tcd. just want to clarify some things. i cant find on my nomad 6 on the encryption of audio..like how the erx does..does that mean nomad cant encrypt?..or am i missing something. after splitting TC n audio..the audio level drops significantly on the erx1tcd output..is that normal? thanks just

just for your info. my nomad 6 powered by np1 14.4v 56wh. last about 6.5 hrs..without recording..together with 3 lectro 401 rcvers lasts abt 3,5hrs.
