Wondering if anyone can chime in on what the job market looks like for post sound. I've been doing live and production sound in various forms for the past decade (in my late 20s now) and have always shrugged off the idea of getting into the post realm. Is it an avenue worth pursuing currently? Are there practical, hands-on programs or schools in the LA area I can look at? Do any of you combo production / post guys find that having the ability to do post helps book more and better production jobs? Thanks in advance!

Seems this is replacing the R4 Pro in their lineup. Wonder if the used price on those will drop to the R44 price. Fantastic times we're seeing for recorders / mixers!

Hey Mike, what a great example of how not to do... a lot of jobs on set. I think I know who made that. Maybe their sound guy wants to hop out to Idyllwild? Did they have a sound guy?
