  1. Today I found these Raaco cases that fit the 2750 very good. There about 1-1,5cm left on each side. So my plan is to mount angled aluminum bars for the cases to slide on. I don't know if I'm going to mount them directly to the case or some kind of frame. Any of you guys have any tips? John Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  2. I've ordered quick fists as well. But since I don't want to install anything permanently, my hope is that I can implement the quick fists into the Toolflex aluminum rail. We'll see. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  3. I will try to put some Velcro on them to secure them. They are cheap as hell here in Sweden. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  4. I have of course been inspired by Mr. Pascal here. And the boom/antenna holder itself have been discussed before but maybe not in this way. I don't know where the mods will stop but here is the first: Toolflex is the company that makes these products. I cut the aluminum rail and mounted them on the side of the case. There are 4 versions of them. 15-20mm, 20-30mm, 25-35mm and 30-40mm. The good thing is that they can easily slide off, in case of flight or other transports. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  5. Zoom in. Sometimes it looks like there's RF pixels everywhere but zoomed in there could be small gaps. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  6. Since I can't get this "Peli case drawer cart" out of my head I have been looking for options. I found this Canadian company: http://www.ops-inc.ca/index.cfm/products/pelican-products/pelican-case-storage-drawer-system/ Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  7. It has bothered me that I haven't been able to place the SRb's where I wanted to. I had the choices of Velcro or the rubber bands in this bag. Until today, when I realized I could screw them in place. Now I'm happy. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  8. Ok, I might try that. I bought a low profile Kortwich snake that I've been modifying the other end of. But I guess I can make other cables just for training, so I don't fuck up when it it matters. So solder, put that little plastic piece in, on with the connector and just glue? I had a thought that I first wanted to just glue a little to make like a "lid" (to spare the glue from coming into the small holes. But somehow it's still hopelessly tight to plug in/out of devices. When I looked closer to a non glued TA3 connector, I can see that there is a little tiny movement. Witch would make sense to help the connect/disconnect maneuver. When glued, even though I can push the little black knob. It's almost impossible to get it out... I hope make any sense (regarding my english) Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  9. I have tried to make low profile TA3 ( Switchcraft) connectors. But after every time it's super hard to get it out of the 788. So I have almost giving up. I don't know what's happening, but something are going wrong at the gluing moment. One time the glue got through the connector... So I might been using the wrong glue... 10. +1 for Sugru. Amazing stuff Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  11. Yeah, or make a pouch for the 788... Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  12. Anyone tried this? Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  13. Thanks! Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  14. I need to find out more about this Pascal... Is that frame the one that Peli case sells? And what's the measurements of those drawers? Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  15. Thanks Pascal. You are an inspiration. I'll just have to figure out how to find drawers here in Sweden that will fit that case:) Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  16. Wonderful. I want exact that. Does that handle comes with the case? Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  17. I would like to see an add on for the 788 as well. Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk
  18. But I have noticed that the over part of the plastic basket gets a bit "wide". But yes, the neoprene keeps it almost always in place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. And regarding to Cinelas homepage you shouldn't be taking that thin neoprene off when used with furs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I recently bought the piano. But I get a bit confused here, when you speak of the neoprene, do you mean the thin "fixed" cover on the basket? When I bought it I had the options of short fur, long fur, very long fur and the rain cover. I got it all except for the very long fur: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I own Ambient QP4140, QX5100 (internal cable) and a 10" Loon (internal cable). I have also used a lot of k-teks, but I never liked the collars. The Loon pole were the best. Then the toploc (tip) started come loose and make sounds (I will try a PSC tip) But since I can't rely on the company, Ambient is my brand to stick with. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Wonderful! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Good to know. How about the 2000tx and for example a EK100 receiver? Will they play together as for pilot tone? John Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I guess I have to study a bit more on "pilot tone school" before asking about it here:) Sorry. I really just wanted to know if anyone else here are using the combo of 2000/G3IEM and how reliable they are. I won't take anymore of your time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
